Taylor Family Christmas Party

While we were in Arizona Grandma Lucinda Maurices family had there Annual Christmas party. I mean like everyone. Aunts Uncles Cousins. I was missing my Moms party in Monroe so at least we got to come to this one. It was so much fun seeing relatives that we hadn't seen for years. Willie and I got talking on the way down and come to the conclusion that it had been two years since we have been down. So it was really nice to see everyone. Here are some Highlights from the party. Sorry Kins! But you looked to hot not to post these!!

For one of the games. You got a roll of wrapping paper scissors and ribbon and you had to make a dress out of it for someone in you group. Kinney of course volunteered. Willie and Troy went to work on him. As you can see. He was looking really hot. They even made him a bra for his "man tits" as Jax called them!!

We also had a gingerbread house decorating contest. Willie and Troy took off with this. What talent!

This is Troys concentrating face. He very rarely is looking serious. Usually he is teasing or spouting off which is what I love about Troy. But he took this job seriously and his talent along with Willie and Morgan took as a long way!!

Finished result. That is a truck in front and farther down is a dog, christmas tree out front. On the other side they made a teeter totter. Seriously it was so awesome.!!

Trip to Arizona!

We went to Arizona last weekend to Willies hometown Taylor to visit his best buddy in the whole world Devin his wife Jill and there two darling kids. Hunter and Kassie. We have never seen Hunter before so it was so fun to get to see him and his sister. Jax was all over Hunter. He just loved him. I got to feed him dinner and the whole time I was feeding him Jax was sure he could do it better. I let him have a shot. He loved it and did a really good job!

Kassie decided that she needed some food to and Jax was all over it!! We had so much fun visting at the Haws house I only wish it could have been longer. Jax loves his Uncle Devin and was sad to have to leave on Sunday. He keeps asking when we are going back! Soon I hope. I am still dreaming of the chicken you made for us Devin!! Thanks!!

On the prowl for a Tree!

We love the real Christmas Trees. But I dont want to trapes through the cold woods to get one. So we went to Lowes and picked ours out. The boys were so excited to get it. Jax was sure he was going to find the perfect tree. To Jaxon that ment something really tall. He didnt care if it had branches or bare spots as long as it was really tall!!

Oh well I think its a keeper. Diggy and Ryke had to drive the cart all by themselves. Good thing we went late and there werent many people there to get there heels nipped!

What a fun weekend!!

It was our Annual Sister Christmas shopping this weekend. December 6. It was a Saturday and man was it BUSY!! I was looking forward to this weekend for so long. Not only was Saturday the shopping day but I was going up on Friday night to stay with my friend Sherese who moved up to Pleasent Grove:( Of course Friday morning I wake up to Ryker puking all over. I knew the trip was off. Thankfully I called my sister Maggie who was going to watch the boys and bless her heart she insisted that I went anyways. I told her I would see how Ryker was. He stopped puking around one I wasnt leaving till 5:30 So I decided I would go! Mags came and got the boys and off I went. IT was so so so fun to see Sherese and her family. They were so nice to let me stay at there house for two nights!! Thanks Ivey for sharing your bed!! We shopped till we dropped. I finally saw Twilight with Sherese and oh man I LOVE IT! I also got the cutest purse from Sherese for my birthday! I also got all my Christmas shopping done!! YAY!!

HOWEVER the best part of the weekend was yet to come. ..Susie was due to have her baby this coming Friday. Boy was she ready. I was so hoping she would have him Saturday night. But she didn't... I was gettting ready on Sunday morning when I got a call from Rick saying Sus was in labor and to stick around. Of course I would stick around. I figured as long as I was on the road by 4 am I could still make it home for Willie to go to work. I was not going to miss seeing my new nephew. I live so far away and I was so close. Sherese, Ivey and I shopped all day and had so much fun with Ivey. She is so entertaining. I love Shereses kids. It was nice to spend time with them on Sunday. Finally at 6:20 I got the text I was waiting for!! He was here!!

This is the proud Mama and her baby. Ifeel bad I dont have one of Rick. He left after we got there to crab some stuff for Sus and I didnt get a picture. But man is he a proud Daddy. Before he left to get Sus her list of things. He says I am not leaving without giving my boy a kiss. It was so cute and it totally melted my heart! What a good Dad he is going to be. Susie is going to make an awesome Mom. She just has this knack with kids!!Garrett is so cute with his chubby cheeks! I mean all babies are cute...Well most...But Garrett is a heartbreaker! He is soooo cute!! Lora, Elin, and I were all over him! He was probably so happy for us to leave him alone!! I miss him all ready and cant wait to go back and see him again. The boys are really mad that I got to see him and they didn't. I have been lectured all morning from Jax!! He is looking forward to meeting his new cousin. He is such a cutie Susie and Rick! CONGRATULATIONS!!

Its time for the lights! I love Christmas lights I should say colored christmas lights. Willie does our house every year. He does such a good job. He is really like a light Nazi. He has it down to a science. He mapped out his plan the firts year that we lived here. Making sure everything was just right. Our lights never have a sag in the line or a dead bulb. Willie is all over it. It looks really good. He couldn't even start to do them till he got off work. So he started around six and was finished by seven thirty. He is a pro! Thanks Will!! I love you!! Even if you a really ADD with Chritmas lights.
